BLIKVANGER: Eye-Catching by Design
Named after the Dutch and German term for eye-catcher, BLIKVANGER delivers on that concept through every piece. Designers Ana Odishelidze and Ani Tsintskiladze established BLIKVANGER in Tbilisi back in late 2016. Their work merges raw streetwear elements into sharp, highly structured tailoring.
Drawing from the founders' backgrounds in architecture and graphic design, BLIKVANGER exists in the space between heritage and rebellion. Inspired by Georgia’s artistic spirit, each collection pairs quiet elegance with bold eveningwear and crisp formality. Every garment serves expressive individuals who approach personal style as a living art form.
The designs function as direct tools for self-expression. Architectural cuts, unexpected embroidery, and transformable shapes define the studio's visual language, taking familiar garments and pushing them past standard boundaries. That underlying emphasis on craft took the studio from its home runway at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi to international presentations across Milan, Paris, and Madrid.
