Why we started
It began with a frustration. Everyone seems to dress alike, and clothes have lost the value they once had. More and more people choose quantity over quality, and it shows. Meanwhile, independent designers are making original pieces, but they are hard to find. So we brought them together in one place, to make discovering them easy.
How we choose our designers
We only work with independent designers, because they are the ones we want to put in the spotlight. Each one is selected for the quality of their craft or the originality of their designs. Every designer on DISTELLE also works ethically, with fair wages, safe conditions and responsible practices.
Slow fashion, made for you
We only value and encourage slow fashion. That means most pieces are made once you place your order, so delivery times vary from one designer to another. When you order, we contact the designer, confirm everything is in place and send you your tracking information. We stay with your order until it reaches your door.
Shipping is free on all orders, and you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Before you buy, you can read our shipping policy, our return policy and our FAQ.
