BALSAIS garments are meticulously crafted from innovative, eco-friendly materials designed to support a circular lifecycle. Rather than relying on petroleum-based synthetics or animal-derived products, BALSAIS employs plant-based materials composed of up to 90% renewable resources (bio-based carbon content).

This approach minimizes environmental impact and reduces the negative consequences associated with conventional farming and manufacturing. At the end of their useful life, these garments biodegrade under appropriate conditions into water, carbon dioxide, and organic matter, preventing prolonged persistence in landfills unlike traditional synthetics or leather.

Items are handled and shipped directly by our curated network of independent designers worldwide. Orders are processed directly by BALSAIS within 1–3 working days and will be delivered after the production time-frame displayed above. Please note that delivery may take from 5–7 working days.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14-days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition. Outerwear must be returned via courier service. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer's responsibility (or deducted from the refund if a prepaid label is provided). Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
